Velvet Pour Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including event bookings,

mobile bar service, and website interactions with Velvet Pour.

1. Bookings & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your event date.

• Final payment is due 7 days before the event.

• Payment may be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.

• A 3% service fee applies to credit card transactions.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate event details (location, guest count, venue requirements).

• Clients are responsible for providing the alcohol unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Any permits required for alcohol service must be secured in advance (if applicable).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 15 days of the event.

• Rescheduling is permitted with written notice and subject to availability.

• If Velvet Pour cancels for any reason, a full refund will be provided.

4. Service Disclaimer

• Velvet Pour reserves the right to refuse service to any guests who appear intoxicated or pose a safety concern.

• Our staff will follow responsible alcohol service protocols in accordance with local laws.

5. Liability

• Velvet Pour holds general and liquor liability insurance.

• Velvet Pour is not liable for damages or incidents occurring after service has ended or outside our control.

6. Use of Website

• All content on the Velvet Pour website is owned or licensed by us.

• Unauthorized copying, scraping, or distribution is prohibited.

• We are not responsible for third-party links or external content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
